What we collect

When you use one of our enquiry forms, our free audit or our agency audit, or book a call with us, we collect:

  • your name
  • your business name and trade
  • your phone number
  • your email address
  • your website address and, for agency owners, your Instagram handle, if you give them
  • your answers to the questions on our forms, such as your trade, town, approximate turnover, budget, timeline and what you need help with
  • the date and time of any appointment you book

When you visit our website we may also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you viewed. Where you have arrived from an advert, we may receive information from the advertising platform about which advert you clicked.

Our forms save your answers as you go. Once you have given us your phone number or email and pressed continue, we keep what you have entered so far, even if you do not finish the form, so that we can follow up on your enquiry.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and arrange a call
  • send you appointment confirmations and reminders
  • provide our services if you become a client
  • keep records of our communications with you
  • measure how well our adverts and website are working

Our lawful basis for contacting you about an enquiry you submitted is legitimate interests: you have asked us about our services and it is reasonable for us to reply. Where you have ticked the box consenting to text messages, our lawful basis for sending those is consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run our business. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

  • Base44 (website hosting, storing form answers, and sending us a notification when a new enquiry comes in)
  • HighLevel (CRM, forms, calendar bookings, email and SMS delivery)
  • Google (calendar, email)
  • Meta (advertising and conversion measurement)

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If you become a client, we keep records for 6 years after our work together ends, in line with normal business and tax record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our adverts. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or submitting an enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • object to us using it, including for marketing
  • ask us to transfer it to another provider
  • withdraw consent at any time where consent is our lawful basis

To exercise any of these rights, email mattshahriyari@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
